Update Re 55 Kings Road

MDC has approved the plans for 7 new dwellings on the land adjacent to 55 Kings Road despite numerous objections from local residents and a change in the original plans from bungalows to houses.

SAD would like to thank everyone that submitted an objection for this application. Hopefully with more awareness of planning applications and more objections to said applications, we may stand a better chance for refusals rather than approvals from MDC.
