We are a website dedicated to keeping track of applications and proposed planning and development applications around Southminster. We have provided information as to how you can object to an application once it is on the MDC website.
Our small village will soon become not-so-small if applications for new homes and estates are allowed through, but working together we can fight this.
"Southminster lacks a lot of amenities, and there seems to be no plans to extend it's boundaries, which seems to suit it's population of about 3500 people who are quite happy to go along "as fast as the slowest horse". A little behind times - yes -
but let's hope that Southminster never loses it's character!"
